Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all digital products sold by Bloom Books, a brand operated by Norvyn Ventures, on www.bloombooks.store.

1. All Sales Are Final

Our product "Finally a Book for My Body" is a digital eBook (PDF) delivered instantly via a download link immediately after payment. Because the product is delivered electronically and access is granted at once, all sales are final and non-refundable, and orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and the download link has been issued. We encourage you to read the product description and these terms carefully before purchasing.

2. Limited Exceptions

We will review refund requests only in the following genuine cases:

  • Failed delivery: You were charged successfully but did not receive a working download link.
  • Duplicate or accidental charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment error.

If either applies, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@bloombooks.com with your order details and proof of payment. After verification, we will either resend the download link or process a refund to your original payment method.

3. What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

  • Change of mind after purchase;
  • Failure to download the file due to your own device, storage, or internet issues (we are happy to re-send the link);
  • Dissatisfaction with the content, given its informational nature (see our Terms & Conditions);
  • Any request made after the download link has been successfully delivered, outside the exceptions in Section 2.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Once processed by us, it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
